With two types to choose from, your school, library, or organization can choose if you'd like cash or free book rewards based on the full retail orders placed on your virtual book fair shopping link. Upon agreeing to partner on a virtual book fair, we'd love to set up a quick phone call or zoom meeting with you to uncover your organization's needs so we can determine your goals and how you wish to promote your event. I have a wide variety of digital and printable materials, graphics, flyers, link trees, and templates that I can easily customize with your group's name, relevant dates, ordering information, book videos, group/teacher wishlists, and more that I can customize to your liking that can be used to promote your virtual book fair to students' families, community members, and/or other stakeholders.
After we speak about your organization's needs and pick a date to run your virtual book fair, we can kick things off in a very short time frame. If your organization would like to do a cash book fair, we just ask that you send us your group's W-9 form so that we can get approval from our home office. Once our Home Office approves your W-9, I can set up your e-fair shopping link and we can can launch your event.
No W-9 is required for our virtual book fair option with free book rewards. Once we pick a date, I can quickly set up your e-fair shopping link and we can launch your event LIVE for shopping in minutes!

At just $250 in sales (super attainable for organizations of all sizes), you will be eligible to earn 50% in free books of your organization's choice (for virtual book fairs with free book rewards) or 10% back in cash rewards (for virtual book fairs with cash rewards) sent directly to you from our Home Office. There are no cash or free book limits that your organization can earn!
**For virtual book fairs with cash rewards - if your sales reach/exceed $1500, you will be eligible to receive 15% back in cash rewards.

Customers browse the virtual book fair using a custom link provided to you by your brand partner. Order payments and shipping details are collected through the e-commerce site as well, so you get to relax and focus on promoting your event while we handle all the logistics.
Your brand partner provides you with book fair graphics, flyers, email graphics, and social media graphics.
Usborne books are high-quality educational children's books with unique interactions.
Offer organizations the ability to earn 50% the total sales (minimum of $250 in total sales) in free Usborne and Kane Miller books. You are able to do this through book fairs with daycares, preschools, public schools, private schoools, libraries, religious groups, and other organizations.
Luckily, you don't have to! Contact us to discuss your organization's fundraising goals and I'll be happy to walk you through the process, answer any questions or concerns, and get everything set up for you.

First contact us, and we'll be happy to go over the details and answer all the online book fair questions you have about how it works.
Once the virtual book fair has concluded, a check is issued to the organization from our corporate Home Office. This can take up to 30 days.
Organization's websites, social media, school communication systems, word of mouth, printable flyers, etc. can be used to promote your event. The more you promote your event, the more likely it is to be successful and earn rewards.
Cash option virtual book fairs can last for up to 14 calendar days. You can customize the length of each event, but they cannot exceed 14 calendar days. Cash option book fairs cannot extend beyond 14 calendar days.
Tax-exempt certificates are not accepted for the cash reward option. Customers will pay sales tax on their purchases.
Within 30 days of the conclusion of the virtual book fair with cash rewards option, our corporate Home Office will issue a check to the organization for your earned cash rewards.
Payment for the books are collected online at the time of sale.
Cash reward book fairs ship for $6.95 to the contiguous United States and free book reward orders ship for free. Standard shipping rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. There is no option to ship customers' books to the organization when customers shop our e-fair link.
Once orders have been placed, customers' books are shipped directly to the address they specified during checkout.
There is no maximum amount that you can earn in cash or free book rewards. For virtual book fairs with cash rewards, your organization will earn a maximum of 15% of retail sales in cash rewards (order minimums apply).
Kane Miller books are internationally renown children's books that contain beautiful illustrations.
It all depends on how much time you want to advertise and promote your online book fair. In general, the more you promote it, the more successful it will be.
You don't. Once you decide that an online book fair would benefit your organization, let us know and we'll get it set up for you. Along with this, we'll guide you through how everything works, and provide best practices to ensure that your event is as successful as possible to earn you the most rewards.
